Author BIOGRAPHY
Harriet Lane is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana. Harriet moved to the greater Houston area several years ago. She is the mother of three handsome sons, one beautiful daughter, and three precious grandchildren. Harriet has always believed that "knowledge is power". That propelled her to receive her B.S. from IUPUI, and her M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University. Harriet had an extensive career in corporate America, spanning over 17 years prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial endeavors.
Harriet was able to hone many of her skills throughout her professional career that related to her passion. One of which is writing, and through writing she strives to inspire and encourage others. Before writing her inspiritional and devotional books Harriet would often write faith based devotions constructed through her relationship with God.
When she began to receive numerous responses of how the devotions were very uplifting, she knew she wanted to provide an outlet that could reach the masses of people and touch the depth of their souls.When Harriet is not traveling she enjoys hearing and teaching the word of God, traveling with friends and family, coaching volleyball, and standing on the sidelines cheering her daughter on at her volleyball games.
